Q.  What is Scrip?

A.  Scrip is a vendor gift card that your group will purchase at a reduced price and then turn and sell them for face value to your group members.  The profit that is made from the card is money earned for your organization.

 

Q.  Why choose Scrip?

A.  Scrip is the only fundraiser that a group can run and raise money every day of the year.  It is spending your group members are all ready doing.  It is free money.

 

Q.  How much money can my group make?

A.  Organizing your group members spending is vital to a successful Scrip program.  For example a group with 150 participants who purchase $100 in Groceries and $50 in Gas weekly; with an average of 5% Scrip profit, totals $1,125 weekly and $58,500 annually. 

 

Q.  Why subscribe to ScripCoordinator?

A.  ScripCoordinator offers a web based application that allows multiple users to assist with data entry.  You can access your group’s information from any computer with internet capability.  With ScripCoordiantor you will have the confidence your information is password protected.  A majority of the Scrip Brokers have an annual minimum purchase to use their software.  ScripCoordinator is not a broker, so any minimum purchase requirement is eliminated.   

Q.  Why shop around for your Scrip Inventory?

A.   We are not a Scrip Broker so this allows you to shop for the most profitable Scrip.  For example if you purchase Scrip only from a Broker you may only average 6% profit.  If a group shops around for Scrip directly from the stores, there will be an average increase.  Groups may see an increase upwards of 10%.
